Tamsin - Deputy Manager NVQ Level 5
Tamsin has 14 years of experience working in Preschools and brings creativity and fun to our setting.
Laura - Manager
Laura is a qualified teacher with over 10 years experience of working with young children. With a specialism in Early Years and Key Stage 1 she has taught Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. After having her own children, Laura decided that she would like to go back into Early Years and rediscover her love of working with young children. With a passion for play based learning and the understanding that children make the most progress when they are are fully engaged in following their own interests, Laura has helped to develop the way Great Doddington Preschool delivers the curriculum.

Charlene - Early Years Practitioner NVQ Level 3
Charlene has worked in a variety of different settings enjoying working with children because they always bring so much joy and fun to what they do.
I feel proud to be part of their lives and watch them grow and develop into confident people
Diane - NNEB Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Diane has worked as a Nanny, a childminder for 17 years and more recently as Bank Staff (agency) in various local Nurseries. Diane passionately believes that learning should be fun!
Playing with children in a secure happy environment is key to allowing them to grow and learn.
Cally - SENDCo and NVQ Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Jen - Early Years Practitioner Qualified Teacher Status
Jen is a qualified teacher working with us as an Early Years Practitioner. She enjoys working with the more able children, helping them reach their potential before they move onto school.

We are run as a registered charity by a Committee made up of local volunteers:

We also have an extended group of volunteer members who manage and run our fundraising events and initiatives. We are always looking for people to get involved so please get in touch or just come along to one of our meetings if you would like to find out more!
