Laura
Manager
Laura is a qualified teacher with over 10 years experience of working with young children. With a specialism in Early Years and Key Stage 1 she has taught Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. After having her own children, Laura decided that she would like to go back into Early Years and rediscover her love of working with young children. With a passion for play based learning and the understanding that children make the most progress when they are are fully engaged in following their own interests, Laura has helped to develop the way Great Doddington Preschool delivers the curriculum.
Tamsin
deputy manager
Tamsin has 14 years of experience working in Preschools and brings creativity and fun to our setting. She also has NVQ Level 5.
Charlene
Early years practitioner
Charlene has worked in a variety of different settings enjoying working with children because they always bring so much joy and fun to what they do.

Diane
Early Years Practitioner
Diane has worked as a Nanny, a childminder for 17 years and more recently as Bank Staff (agency) in various local Nurseries. Diane passionately believes that learning should be fun! She has a NNEB Level 3.
"Playing with children in a secure happy environment is key to allowing them to grow and learn."
Cally
EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER
Cally is qualified with SENCo and NVQ Level 3.
Jen
Early Years Practitioner
Jen is a qualified teacher working with us as an Early Years Practitioner. She enjoys working with the more able children, helping them reach their potential before they move onto school.
"Watching the children thrive and flourish through play in this enriching environment makes me most proud. Seeing them happy makes me happy."
