Thursday 7th March – World Book Day
Thursday 7th March is World Book Day, and the children are welcome to dress up as book characters if they would like to but there is no pressure to! We would love it if you could join us for a stay and read session at drop off time in the morning for the first 10-15 minutes of the day. The rest of the day will be spent enjoying a wide variety of book centred activities, with a focus on rhyming books and poetry this year. Never forget, that reading with and to your children is the single biggest indicator of future academic success for all children later on.
Monday 11th March – Mother’s Day Stay and Play
On Monday 11th March, we would like to invite all Mums, those in a mothering role, Grandma’s and aunties to stay and play. We will plan some Mother’s Day activities for you and your children to take part in together and have a special snack. If Monday is not normally your day, but you would like to come along please let me know and I will see what we can arrange!
Monday 25th March – Parent’s meetings 9am-11am
Wednesday 27th March – Parent’s Meetings 4.30pm-6pm
Parents Meetings will be held on Monday 25th March 9am-11am and Wednesday 27th March 4.30pm-6pm. This is a great opportunity to catch up with you regarding the children’s progress and development so please do make sure you grab an appointment with your key person.
